These are the persons who have lead LCGL from its inception, and who are anchoring the Ministry one year later. There are others who have assisted us and consulted with us during our first year, and for their service we are eternally grateful.
As LCGL goes global, the leadership structure will change to accommodate and represent our new global reality. Based on our embraced inclusive leadership style, you will be invited to help determine our leadership model as the Ministry grows

Distinguished Toastmaster Corren Thomas has been a Toastmaster since 2005. She is currently a member of Dynamic Speakers and One Love Communicators Toastmasters clubs, both in District 81. Corren has achieved three DTM designations and is working on her fourth. She is currently Division B Director, and aspires to higher office in the 2024-2025 program year.

DTM Corren is a retired Business Administrator and has lectured in Public Speaking, Management and Communication.

A committed Christian since her teens, she sees LCGL as a means of communicating with other Christian Toastmasters.

I am a 23-year Toastmaster, having begun my journey at the Pacesetters Toastmasters Club in Jamaica.

I am the first Distinguished Toastmaster in the Caribbean, and the only recorded person to earn my DTM designation in 1 year (less 1 day). 

I conceptualized and executed the Worldwide Impromptu Speaking Extravaganza (WISE) in 2021 & 2022. I am a 5-time multi-District Table Topics Champion and a 2017 World Champion of Public Speaking Finalist.

I was the pioneer visionary of a Jamaica Toastmasters District, which never materialized, but because the earliest inspiration for the Caribbean Toastmasters District 81

 A professional, multifaceted science educator with a passion for public speaking.

She is the author of the book Public Speaking ……the art made simple

 A toastmaster since 1993 where she honed her communication and leadership skills and now teach others to speak and lead.

A believer in Jesus Christ she is an active member of her church serving/has served as Sunday School Teacher, Chair of Scholarship Committee, Vice-chair of the Board, Usher, Chair of Graduation Committee and an all-round volunteer.

I am a member of Christ’s body. I teach in children’s ministry at Highpoint Church St. Vincent.
I’m employed with St. Vincent & the Grenadines Tourism Authority, as Digital Marketing Officer.
I am the Immediate Past Area 16 Director, Division C, which attained Select Distinguished Area in District 81 Caribbean Toastmasters.

I serve on the executive of Imperial Champions Toastmasters Club and Leaders Beyond Borders Advanced Toastmasters Club. My roles have comprised VP Public Relations, VP Membership, VP Education, and President.
My Toastmasters accolades include Distinguished Toastmasters Award, Train The Trainers, Club Coach, and Coordinator of a Youth Leadership Program.

Distinguished Toastmaster Fredericka, passionate toastmaster, a member of four clubs of both District 81
& 101, has held all leadership positions at club level, and served at the district level in District 81 as Area
Director.
She has assisted the district with roles like Mentorship Chair and Club Growth Chair, which has added a
wealth of experience to her Toastmaster’s journey. Her love for God supersedes above all, a real soldier
for Christ, which justifies her reason for being part of Leaders Communicating God’s Love.
DTM Fredericka, is the CEO of Al’s Consultancy Plus, which offers HR, Management and Compliance
Consultancy.

As A Toastmaster
I am a Distinguished Toastmaster, served as Area Director, sponsor of an online Caribbean ATMC, charter member of two clubs, served as club president, VPPR, VPM, Secretary, test speaker at contests, contest chair, triple crown winner, contest winner numerous times club level, area and Division.
As a professional
I have been a Public Relations officer and Interna /External communication expert since 1978.  I obtained my degrees in The Netherlands. I have worked for the local government, a telecommunication company, various local media, a theatre, a counselor of the Minister of SOAB of the local government, a book editor, writer and event coordinator. I do represent local artists .  
Volunteer work
I have served to mention a few, as a member, of PR And Communication and president of the association for people with diabetes, served on the board of a semiprofessional soccer team, and founder of the first girls’ soccer team of the island. Member of a local artist group 4U Art. Founder of Curacao Christian Kids Club and Curacao Christian Youth Club, Helping out with Christian books as an Editor
As a Christian
First, I am a worshipper of the “Great I am”. I am a member of the board of the women’s group “Korsou Lanta Riba Bria” which organizes Retraite and other online activities. Founder of woman intercessor praying group.  Responsible for bible studies and Sunday afternoon gatherings for brothers and sisters sharing God’s word.  Counseling teenagers, young adults, and adults. Songwriting, singer. 

Junett, who by profession is a Corporate Secretary, a woman of God, a mother and wife.

She is a member of the International Society of Female Professionals, which is based in New York.  She is  a Toastmaster and served as, Area Director, Division B’s Tech Team member and Public Relations Officer. She is a triple crown awardee for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022

She is a lifelong learner, and has the zeal to serve others unconditionally.
